Directly opposite the West Pier, the Regency is a city centre hotel in Brighton. We are a 200 year old house, converted into a small Guesthouse Hotel in 1976. We work hard to give our guests a nice, friendly and clean place to stay in the heart of Brighton followed by a traditional home cooked breakfast. We are offering a different kind of service to the big hotels and hope you will enjoy staying in our home.

Freshly Cooked breakfasts, selected from our extensive menu are taken in our modern breakfast room. Special Diets can be catered for. Location Abbey House offers both the business guest and leisure visitor to Sussex a superb base. Only a 10 minute walk from Burgess Hill Railway Station and Town Centre, a 5 minute drive to Victoria and Sheddingdean Business Park, serving companies such as CAE, Rockwell Collins, American Express and Mid Sussex Porsche Centre Leisure visitors are equally catered for, The South Downs National Park, The Bluebell Railway, Hickstead and Ardingly Showground, Wakehurst Place and Borde Hill Gardens are all but a short drive away. 
Centrally Located two minutes from the Pier, Lanes Shopping area and 8 mins from Brighton conference centre. We are a period property with sunny, airy and bright rooms punctuated with splashes of colour. We are a simple, clean guesthouse offering what we feel to be value for money. Each room is simply furnished with luxury five star beds which we hope you will find incredibly comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities, free Wifi, flatscreen digital Tv's and many other little extras. Some of the rooms offer a partial seaview and kitchenettes with mini fridges (no cooking!). Our aim is to offer you a pleasurable stay in a cosy, friendly and unpretentious atmosphere. Breakfast is cooked to order and is generally between 830 and 930 at weekends. On weekdays times may vary depending on general consensus of in house guests. Parking vouchers are available on request. We also provide an ironing service at no extra charge (please don't bring all your laundry!). Please note we do not take children under 14 or pets.
